The Call Center application for VTech Phones was developed and deployed in the Corporate Media MultiCommerce Application Environment. The software architecture approach used by the Corporate Media MultiCommerce Application Environment enable Corporate Media to achieve the call center goals for VTech as well as provide them real time warehouse introspection at the call center associate level so they could answer customers questions more directly regarding orders and inventory.
